Summer is here, and the reigning era of the Iced Latte is back! And rightly so. They’re refreshing and, when brewed properly, absolutely delicious. They can get a little repetitive though if that’s the only iced drink you’ll be serving this summer.

1. The Sugar Free Caramel Cooler Cappuccino
Ingredients
- Ice
- Milk
- Double Espresso
- Sugar Free Caramel Syrup from Sweetbird
Instructions
- Add ice to a short glass 1/3 of the way up
- Pour double shot of espresso and two pumps of the syrup over ice
- Top the glass with milk
- Stir and serve
Serving Suggestion – Try adding foam to your cold milk for a great textural experience.
2. Iced Toffee Nut Latte
Ingredients
- Ice
- Double Espresso
- Toffee Nut Syrup
- Milk
Instructions
- Add ice to a tall glass 1/3 of the way full
- Pour over double espresso and 2 pumps of the syrup over ice
- Top with milk
- Stir and serve
Serving Suggestion – Garnish with a sprinkle of Chocolate Powder
3. Raspberry Ripple Frappé
Ingredients
- Ice
- Milk
- Vanilla bean frappé powder
- Raspberry Syrup
Instructions
- Fill a large glass with ice, level to the top of the glass
- Pour over milk leaving 1cm of space at the top of the glass
- Pour contents into a blender
- Add 1 scoop of Sweetbird Vanilla Bean Frappé mixture
- Blend until smooth
- Add 3 pumps syrup to the glass and pour frappé over the top for a ripple effect
Serving Suggestions – Garnish with a sprig of mint and 2 fresh raspberries
4. Sugar Free Peach Iced Tea
Ingredients
- Sugar Free Peach Iced Tea Syrup
- Still/sparkling water
- Ice
Instructions
- Add 4 pumps of syrup to a glass
- Top with still or sparkling water to ¾ full
- Stir and add ice
Serving Suggestion – Garnish with a thin peach slice and mint sprig
