Warren’s Bakery has opened a brand new store inside London’s Liverpool Street Station, one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs and a key gateway for an estimated 94 million travellers each year.
The new site marks a significant investment for the Cornish bakery brand as it continues its nationwide expansion.
Situated in the heart of the station concourse, the store offers a full range of freshly baked Cornish pasties, pastries, sandwiches, and grab-and-go options, supported by a high-quality coffee programme supplied by Bridge Coffee Roasters.
To ensure speed, reliability, and consistency at such high footfall, Warren’s Bakery has installed a bespoke branded Sanremo Café Racer three-group espresso machine, paired with a custom Sanremo X-One grinder and the Marco Milkra MilkPal automatic milk system.
This setup enables the team to maintain premium coffee standards through peak commuter rushes and sustained daily volume.
Customers at Liverpool Street will enjoy the brand’s signature espresso blend - a seasonal espresso roasted by Bridge Coffee Roasters, featuring high-grown washed coffees from Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region and floral Yirgacheffe beans from Ethiopia.
The blend delivers notes of jasmine, stone fruits, and cocoa, offering a sweet, clean finish that tastes fantastic black, and pairs perfectly with steamed milk and seasonal flavours.
As part of the Roots coffee collection, 10% of all profits are given back to Project Waterfall, a global initiative dedicated to bringing clean drinking water, sanitation, and education to coffee-growing communities.
