Vale Resort were looking to make big improvements on their coffee offering across a number of outlets within the hotel grounds. This included improving the quality and consistency of their current coffee offering as well as looking for a stronger support package to help make their coffee match the standards of their exceptional hotel.

What Bridge Coffee Roasters did
Bridge Coffee Roasters were able to improve the quality of Vale Resort’s current coffee offering through a much higher quality, speciality coffee in their Roots range. This was chosen through a coffee cupping session where numerous coffees were tasted and compared. To make sure this coffee was consistent across all five of Vale Resort’s outlets, Bridge Coffee Roasters provided onsite and offsite barista training to advance their staff’s skillset to be able to craft the perfect cup of coffee time and time again.
Bridge Coffee Roasters also supplied Vale Resort with a number of high-end traditional and super automatic coffee machines, including Sanremo, Schaerer and Everysy, based on their consumer demand and needs. As a result of supplying machinery, Bridge Coffee Roasters then created a service package for Vale Resort, which meant they had access to Bridge Coffee Roasters service engineers for regular maintenance and support if a machine required servicing.
The results
Bridge Coffee Roasters were able to improve Vale Resort’s current coffee offering through working on all aspects of the in-cup experience. This meant that they were able to improve Vale Resort’s current coffee offering through a higher quality coffee, exceptional barista training, the best machinery for them and regular machine servicing. In turn, Vale Resort now continually receive positive feedback from their customers about their coffee, and have seen a drastic increase in coffee sales.
