The Challenge

With over 1,500 staff and guests using the space daily, coffee at Salesforce Tower isn’t just a perk—it’s a core part of the workplace experience. Despite trying multiple bean changes with their previous supplier, the coffee offer wasn’t getting the response they wanted from employees or visitors. Feedback was falling flat, and they needed a fresh approach that balanced taste, values, and consistency, all at a large scale.

 

The Solution

Salesforce reached out to Bridge Coffee Roasters after being invited to visit our roastery and showroom in Clerkenwell.

The team were looking for more than just great beans, they wanted a partner who could deliver quality, reliability, and alignment with their sustainability and inclusivity values.

Through in-depth consultation both on- and off-site, we worked closely with Salesforce Catering Manager Tiffany Jones and the wider team to:

  • Recommend a coffee range that included Café Femenino for impact-led sourcing
  • Offer guest blends and seasonal coffees without compromising pricing
  • Provide dependable service and delivery, with zero supply delays thanks to our local roastery

The Result

Salesforce now serves specialty coffee that truly reflects their brand values. With over 150kg of beans used monthly, a dependable supply chain has been critical, and Bridge has delivered every step of the way.

The upgraded offer has been met with enthusiastic feedback from guests and staff alike. Importantly, the team now feels proud of what they’re serving—knowing it’s both high-quality and ethically sourced.
