How does it work?

Designing your new white label coffee brand is a highly tailored experience for each business, allowing you to be as involved as you would like in the process. If you already have a coffee specification, flavour profile, brand name and designs ready to go – we can take your concepts and get roasting in no time.

However, our passion lies in creating coffee brands from start to finish to end up with a coffee that aligns with your taste preferences, target customers, business identity and growth objectives. Starting these white label coffee projects from scratch involves a few steps.

Step 1: Initial Consultation – whether it’s online or at our roastery, the first step is to discuss exactly what you’re looking for from your white label coffee and to get a general sense of the commercial goals and the flavour profile you are chasing.

Step 2: Tasting Session – we’ll invite you to join us at our coffee roasting facility to sample from a range of our existing coffee menu, or a selection of hand-picked coffees based 0n the results of the initial consultation.

Step 3: Branding and Design – Based on the previous steps, our in-house design team will create a brand, logo, colour palette and assets for your new white label range based on business objectives, brand identity and customer goals. This leads to a discussion of packaging materials, marketing collateral and point of sale materials.

Step 4: Feedback and Testing – With your new coffee selected and branding designed, we can then take some time to soft-launch the new white label product at one of your sites to gather feedback from customers and staff on the flavour of the coffee.

Step 5: Roast and Launch – your new white label coffee hits the shelves, your barista teams will be trained on the new coffee offering, and your customers can enjoy drinking a delicious coffee that resonates with and promotes your own brand identity.

How much does white label coffee cost?

Pricing depends heavily on the type of products and packaging you select including the level of quality, traceability, certifications, sustainability, origin and roast profile, branding and order quantities. But, for a typical retail bag of white label, high quality coffee, you can expect to pay anywhere from £11 to £22+ per kilo.

Can I have my own coffee?

Yes, we do offer a completely bespoke single origin or blend of coffee that is 100% unique to your business. However, these will be far more costly compared to selecting a coffee from our existing range with your own branding on the bag. For more info, download the brochure.

Do you roast to order?

Yes, we roast and ship your white label coffee within 10 working days of an order being placed. We also offer a stock-hold option for larger customers and order quantities when preferred.

Who can buy white label coffee?

Any business that can meet the minimum order quantities is able to purchase white label coffee from us. Our target customers are established businesses that are looking for a coffee partner to design a complete coffee brand for their business, along with roasting and packing the coffee on their behalf. We do not typically work with start-ups or individuals who are looking to start online retail or drop-shipping as they often can not meet the order requirements.

Minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and if any brand creation is involved. However, most coffee products require a minimum first order of 100kg of coffee.
